This Privacy Policy explains how Damon Salvatore Church Scene AI (the “Service”) handles information when you create an account, buy credits, upload a photo, or generate a video.

Information we process

The Service may process:

• Account information: your name, email address, password credential, optional profile image, credit balance, and sign-in activity.
• Your creations: the photo you upload, the quality you choose, and the video created from your photo.
• Purchase information: the credit pack, amount, currency, order status, and related timestamps. Payment details are handled on the secure checkout page; the Service does not store your full card number.
• Visit information: browser and device details, approximate location from your network, timestamps, referring page, and campaign details used to understand how visitors find the Service.

How your photo is used

Your photo is combined with the built-in church-scene reference to create the video you requested. It is shared only with service partners involved in completing that generation.

The source photo is temporarily stored while generation is in progress and is scheduled for deletion after the job finishes and the result is handled. A completed video is available from your account through a private result link for 24 hours, so download it when it is ready.

To preserve your progress through sign-in or checkout, your selected photo and settings may stay in your browser for up to 24 hours. Resetting the generator clears this local draft.

Accounts, purchases, and cookies

We keep account, credit, order, and generation-history records so you can sign in, use purchased credits, and revisit your activity. Purchased credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and preserve your selected photo during sign-in or checkout. Attribution cookies remember how you first and most recently reached the site so we can understand which channels lead to registrations and purchases. These cookies expire after 180 days and can be removed through your browser settings.

How information is used

We use information to:

• create and deliver your requested video;
• maintain your account, credits, purchases, and generation history;
• preserve your progress through sign-in and checkout;
• improve the product and understand which pages and campaigns are useful;
• respond to requests and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell uploaded photos or generated videos. Information is shared only with service partners that provide generation, hosting, sign-in, analytics, and payment features.

Retention

• Source photos are scheduled for deletion after generation finishes and the result is handled.
• Result links expire after 24 hours.
• Browser drafts expire after 24 hours.
• Attribution cookies expire after 180 days unless you remove them sooner.
• Account, purchase, credit, and generation-history records are kept while needed to provide the Service and maintain accurate business records.

Your choices

You can reset the generator to clear a local draft, sign out at any time, and review your credits, purchases, and generation history from your account. Depending on where you live, you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The effective date above will change when an updated version is published.
