Terms of Service
Effective date: October 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use Damon Salvatore Church Scene AI (the “Service”). By creating an account, buying credits, uploading a photo, or generating a video, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
The Service turns one uploaded photo into an approximately 17-second church-scene video using a built-in reference. Choose 540P or 720P, generate the video, then preview and download the result from your account.
Accounts
Create an account to keep your credits, purchases, and generated videos together. You can sign in with email and password or continue with Google.
Credits and one-time purchases
Video generation uses the number of credits displayed before you start:
- 540P uses 10 credits.
- 720P uses 20 credits.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically, and purchased credits do not expire.
If generation fails before a video is completed, the reserved credits are returned automatically. A completed video uses the listed credits.
Your photos and videos
Your uploaded photo and eligible generated video remain yours. Your photo is processed and stored only as needed to create the video, keep your account history, and operate the product.
Your selected photo is used to create the video you request and preserve your generation history.
Results and downloads
Generation time can vary. When your result is ready, download it from your account. Result links remain available for 24 hours and are not intended as permanent video storage.
Your selected photo and settings may stay in your browser for up to 24 hours so they remain available after sign-in or checkout. Resetting the generator clears this local draft.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, how photos and account records are handled, and the choices available to you.
Updates
We may update the Service, pricing for future purchases, or these Terms. Changes do not alter credits already purchased, and updated Terms will show a new effective date.
Your account history
Your account page shows your credit balance, one-time purchases, and generation history.
